Tirus Vintage Cuvée
Tirus is a vintage sparkling wine produced using the classical
champagne method, including yeast storage for several years.
Since the vintage of 2004, we have been making sparkling wine
out of a part of our grapes with especially high quality to
achieve a cuvée modeled after a vintage champagne. From year
to year, the combination of basic wines varies. In the year 2005,
only pinot noir grapes found their way into the cuvée.
